Adding contacts allow you to invite guests to your events

Adding Contacts to Five to Nine

Step 1: Go to the Contacts tab.

Step 2: Select ‘Add Contact’ or ‘Upload a CSV’ to import a CSV.

Note: Your CSV must be formatted by columns: Email, First Name, Last Name. You can also download a sample CSV template.

CSV uploads can be saved as a Contact List.

Note: Your contacts are not users on the platform, and have no user permissions. Contacts can RSVP to events without having to join Five to Nine.

Editing and removing contacts

To edit a contact, select the ‘Edit’ pen on a contact to update their name or email address.

To remove a contact, select the delete (-) icon on a contact or multiple contacts. Selected contacts will be removed from your contacts.
