With our enhanced Event Communications, you can easily track the log of all your invitations and messages. This guide will show you how to access and use the Communication Tracker to stay organized and informed about your communication efforts.


Understanding the Communication Tracker

To track your communications, first click on "Event" card you'd like to review communications and navigate to the "Communications" tab.

You will see a table that displays a log of all your communications, including invitations, messages and the post-event survey. Here's what you will find in the tracker:

  1. Status of the Communication:

    • Indicates whether the communication is "Sent," "Scheduled," or "Sending."

  2. Communication Type:

    • Shows whether the communication is an "Invitation," "Message," or "Post-event survey."

  3. Delivery Method:

    • Displayed as icons representing Email, Calendar, and Slack to indicate how the communication was sent.

  4. From:

    • Displays the name of the person who sent out the communication.

  5. Send Time:

    • Shows the date and time when the communication was or will be sent.

Managing Scheduled Communications

For scheduled communications, an additional options menu (three dots) is available in the communication tracker.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Edit:

    • Allows you to make changes to your scheduled communication before it is sent.

  2. Delete:

    • Enables you to remove the scheduled communication if you no longer wish to send it.

  3. Send Now:

    • If you want to send the scheduled communication immediately, use this option to bypass the scheduled time.
